I have some form of intolerance to a few foods and as long as I stay off them my digestive system and whole organism are all the better off. I do not have gluten intolerance. It is a bit more complicated than that.

But, I can eat just about everything else!
That includes goat and sheep milk products, potatoes, rice, corn and a whole bunch of other good stuff. I do well in the traditional kitchens of Japan, China, India and the Levant as long the above mentioned ingredients are excluded.
I have only two classical allergies that could be assayed in the laboratory: nickel and birch pollen. Fortunately none of these are part of anybody’s diet.
I consider it a blessing that I am not allergic to wine
