Because of intolerances and allergies to different food types, I do not eat the following:
- Wheat, Spelt and Rye (in any form)
- Cow milk products (all of them including butter, cream, cheese, yoghurt, etc.)
But, I can eat just about everything else!
That includes goat and sheep milk products, potatoes, rice, corn and a whole bunch of other good stuff. I do well in the traditional kitchens of Japan, China, India and the Levant as long the above mentioned ingredients are excluded.
I have only two classical allergies that could be assayed in the laboratory: nickel and birch pollen. Fortunately none of these are part of anybody’s diet.
I am not allergic to wine.
